What do I send you?

Your artwork (a logo file, a sketch, a photo) plus the finished size and the fabric it will be sewn on. That is all we need.

What do I get back?

A machine-ready stitch file (DST), built for your size and fabric and checked by a digitizer before it reaches you.

How much does it cost?

One flat monthly price in rupees: Maker for home studios and small boutiques, Business for shops running machines every day. Your first month is free on both, and yearly billing gets you two months free.

How fast is it?

One business day for most designs. If your artwork needs a question answered first, we ask it right away.

Will it work with my machine?

DST opens on nearly every commercial and home embroidery machine. If yours is fussy, write to us and we will sort it out with you.

Do I need digitizing software?

No. That is the whole point. There is nothing to learn and nothing to install.
